Pratka Privacy Policy

Pratka (“the app”, “we”) integrates the Bulgarian couriers Econt, Speedy and BoxNow into Shopify stores. This policy explains what data the app processes and why. Pratka is a product by Fundamental Studio. Questions: support@fundamental.bg.

Data we process

For each store that installs the app, we store:

We do not create standalone customer profiles or store customer data beyond what is attached to an order for the purpose of creating a shipment.

How the data is used

Sharing with third parties

To create labels and fetch office/locker lists, relevant order and address data is sent to the carrier you enable (Econt, Speedy or BoxNow) through their official APIs. We share data with Shopify as part of operating the app. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Retention & deletion

We keep data only while the app is installed. We honour Shopify’s privacy webhooks: on a customer-redaction request we delete order-linked shipment data for that customer, and when a store uninstalls / requests redaction we delete all of that store’s data (credentials, settings, sender profile and shipments). You may also request deletion any time at support@fundamental.bg.

Your rights

Merchants and their customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data. Contact support@fundamental.bg and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (incl. GDPR).

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to merchants.
