Pratka — Pricing & billing information

App subscription — billed by Shopify

Pratka's subscription plans (including the free tier) are charged exclusively through Shopify's billing. Plans and prices are listed on the app's Shopify App Store page and in the app under Plans. You never pay Fundamental Studio directly for the app.

Delivery costs — billed by your courier, outside Shopify

When you create a shipping label (waybill) with Pratka, the delivery itself is performed and invoiced by the courier under your own contract and account with that courier. Pratka does not add margin, does not process these payments, and never charges you for deliveries — the app only creates the waybill using the API credentials of your courier account.

To use a courier in Pratka you need an active (business) account with them. You can register or request a contract directly from the courier:

• FAN Courier

Delivery prices shown at checkout come live from your courier contract's own tariff (or flat fees you configure), so the price your buyer sees matches what the courier charges you.
